Welcome to my clinic, i'm Thandy Mali the founder of Thandy's Footsteps. I have been looking after the health of my patients' feet for over 20 years, as the Clinical Lead for Diabetes at the world-renowned Imperial College NHS Trust, and at my private clinics in Primrose Hill, Marylebone and Barnet.

Diabetic Specialist Podiatrist

​Jessica brings extensive experience in diabetic foot management to Thandy's Footsteps. She is currently working in both the NHS and private sectors. Her calm nature puts patients at ease, especially children. She is our main Saturday podiatrist. As a diabetic specialist podiatrist, she is keen on footwear and foot care education.

Valentina brings 10 years of experience to Thandy’s Footsteps. She is currently working in both the NHS and private sectors. Valentina specialises in MSK and Biomechanics. She has a special interest in foot and ankle injuries and gait mechanics.
Premila McKenna
Massage Therapist
Hi, my name is Premila, and as a qualified Massage Therapist, I draw my experience from both healthcare and holistic wellbeing. Having supported elderly patients with dementia and young people with disabilities, alongside volunteer work experience with hospital patients who have cancer, my passion for supporting women grew through volunteering in maternity wards. I now specialise in Therapeutic Massage and Doula support.
I'm trained in classic and therapeutic, pre- and postnatal massage, helping women ease aches, tension, anxiety, swelling, and aid recovery. I also offer support through menopause, focusing on improving mobility and overall wellness. As a qualified Birth and Postnatal Doula, my role is to nurture, guide, and support women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

I'm a certified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals recover, prevent injury, and perform at their best. I specialise in treating sports injuries, muscle imbalances, and chronic pain using a personalised approach that combines deep tissue, myofascial release, and rehabilitation techniques.
With a strong focus on recovery and performance, I aim to address both the symptoms and root causes of pain. Whether you're healing from an injury, looking to improve mobility and strength, or simply want to feel your best, I'm here to support your goals. Jane always welcomes everyone at our Crouch End clinic with her signature warm and calm presence.
Her extensive background in the creative industries, working with global retail clients in the UK and internationally, is evident in her professionalism and patient care skills.
As a valued member of our reception team, Jane works on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays.
